Setting up SmartAlarm to wake up refreshed
The SmartAlarm will wake you up at the most appropriate time of your sleep. This way you will wake up refreshed every morning.
Setting up a timer

You should not be sitted down for long periods of time. The Stand Alert will encourage you to get up and walk a little from time to time.
Find your misplaced phone
Do not lose your phone! Just click on Find Phone option and your phone will start buzzing.
Do not take a nap, take a Power Nap! (only on Pebble Time)
Taking naps is healthy but waking up refreshed is way better. Take a Power Nap of 20 or 30 minutes and wake up with energy!
